Phase 1 Treatment
If your child has a severe dental problem, our team at Happy Harpeth may recommend Phase 1 treatment. Phase 1 treatment is also known as interceptive treatment. It is typically recommended for children between the ages of seven and ten.
Phase 1 treatment is designed to correct any developing problems while the child’s mouth is still growing. By starting treatment early, we can often prevent more serious problems from developing later.
